Step 1: The Brief, Concept & Planning

Every project begins with a conversation. We deeply analyze your objectives, desired atmosphere, and core message. Step 2: Treatment & Quotation
(The Agreement)
Following the approved concept, we create a detailed Treatment. This written blueprint outlines the scenes, technical requirements, and the intended look and feel. Simultaneously, we present a transparent and definitive Quotation and production schedule. Once approved, the gears shift into high production readiness.
This phase is the backbone of a successful shoot. Our Project Manager (Tanja Cooper) handles the logistics with precision:
Logistics: Scheduling shoot days, location scouting, casting, and securing all specialized gear (Blackmagic, FPV drones, lighting, and props).
Precision: Mapping out detailed flight paths for aerial cinematography and coordinating every set element to ensure maximum efficiency on location.
